
At Mazda’s Plus, the health and safety of our customers is our number one priority. We are open for business and taking many additional safety precautions to protect you.
- All vehicles can be picked up or dropped off with no contact if prior arrangements are made. Payment can be accepted over the phone.
- Technicians are wearing gloves before, during and after service of all vehicles.
- All keys, door handles, and steering wheels are wiped down with disinfectant wipes.
- We are using disposable seat and steering wheel covers when working with customer vehicles.
- We frequently disinfect common areas and surfaces throughout the shop. We sanitize our lobby/waiting area after each customer.
- Only one customer at a time is allowed in the lobby/waiting area and customers are not allowed in the garage area.
- The main entrance to the lobby/waiting area is left open so our customers do not have to come in contact with the door handle and fresh air can circulate.
- We have installed a plexiglass shield at our front desk to protect our customers.
- We provide hand sanitizer to customers.
- We ensure that our employees are healthy when reporting to work.
- We are consistently available via call, email or text message based on customer preference.
